Below is a brief pre-season guide til the sat of December. Your attenadance is vial and lets look to get the most out of each session. All players are required to bringboots, runners and a towel to each session as weel as appropriate training gea (shorts, socks, etc.)

Tuesday 26 November – 6pm Natone Hill – Testing Night

  • Meeting x 15 mins – intro of coaches
  • 2.7km Time Trial
  • Stretching 15 mins

Thursday 28 November -6pm Montrose Bay High School

  • Testing Review
  • Ball Work – 60 mins
  • Strength Work – 15 mins

Monday 2 December – 6.30pm Brighton Primary School Gym

  • Activ8 Fitness/Boxing Class

Tuesday 3 December and Thurday 5 December – 6pm Montrose Bay High School

  • Ball Work and Conditioning – 90 mins
