What are you waiting for? Whether you’re a past reserves player, a senior player, a 50 year member or even just someone who follows Hobart from a distance we need you on board in 2016. Following two seasons in the Southern Football League the club has established a solid foundation, a launching pad if you will. The club has been competitive last season winning six games (just two wins out of finals). We’ve moved away from the constant negative talk of relocation or amalgamation, the Hobart Tigers belong at the TCA Ground. We’ve put solid effort in on building our junior pathway and we’re here to stay. There is still a big thing to fix though, we haven’t played in a Finals Series since 2008 and it is time for things to change. It is not time to sit around and expect success to come to us, we must earn our turn and bring on field success back to the Hobart Football Club.
We’ve recruited a number of exciting players such as Braden Mcgee (South Launceston/Western Storm), Callan Newman (North Launceston), plus the return of Alex Stephens (Hobart City). We’ve added Heath Neville to our Coaching Panel and things are looking like they’re turning the corner. But we need you to get on board, we need all the members, supporters and sponsors we can get this season. It is not the time to rest on our laurels and expect everything to just happen. We need you on board the Hobart Tigers in 2016. Let’s make it OUR YEAR. The TIME IS NOW!!
