Preseason training has kicked off! We have started training at Bowen Road Primary School every Monday & Wednesday from the 25th of November.
Optional Saturday morning sessions will be happening too for anyone wanting to put in some extra conditioning work before the Christmas period!
No boots are allowed, so please make sure you have some runners.
