1. What is the 5% discount off?
The 5% discount applies to the usage and daily supply charges (inclusive of GST) on your Solstice Energy electricity bills for your first 12 months. The discount does not affect your solar feed in tariff.

2. Can I get a 5% discount off my gas too?
This promotion is only for electricity.
We work hard to make sure we are offering the most competitive pricing we can on both electricity and gas. Visit www.solsticeenergy.com.au/pricing for gas pricing.

3. I have multiple properties, or a small business can I switch them all?
Yes! you can switch multiple properties as well as your small business, and each individual property scores your club $100.

4. Will I still receive all my government concessions and rebates when I switch my electricity to Solstice Energy?
Yes, you will.

5. How and when does my club receive a $100 for each sign up?
At the end of the promotion period we will tally the number of customers for each club and provide the total to the SFL to distribute to each club.

6. Do I need to cancel my current electricity account?
No, we will take care of everything, including contacting your current retailer and handling the transfer. You’ll receive a final bill from your current retailer and a Welcome Letter from Solstice Energy.

7. Will I lose power during transition?
No, you won’t lose power. The transfer of retailers does not interrupt your electricity connection.

8. How long does it take to sign up?
You can sign up online in around 2-3 minutes. Make sure you have your relevant ID ready – for example a drivers license or passport.
