Volunteer Survey

Hobart Football Club are undertaking a project with Volunteering Tas and AFL Tasmania over the next few months to understand how to improve the clubs volunteering programs. We know that the club needs volunteers to function so we’re working to understand what we can change to ensure that we have the right things in place over the next few years to see our club thrive. The first step is to hear from the people around the club to understand what the barriers are to volunteering, what we do well and any ideas you have for improvement. The survey should only take you a few minutes, we’d really appreciate your honest input.
